Egg King brings Korean style street food to Des Moines

Egg King debuted on the Des Moines restaurant scene last August. Though they don’t yet have a physical location, they’re a sensation wherever they go.

Iowa produces 20% of America’s eggs, so it’s a fitting location for this pop-up, which sells Korean street food plus over-the- top creations like scrambled egg pizza and an “egggogi” sandwich of bulgogi and eggs.
